to the web site of Ballards Table Tennis Club. A new name for an old club. Up to summer 2010 we were part of the Woodmansterne Sports Club. We are now in our second year at our fantastic new location in the South Croydon Addington area. The gymnasium at Royal Russell School offers ample room for 5 tables and has excellent lighting. We have seen a good growth of the membership and as anticipated we will be fielding two extra teams this year: one in the Sutton and the other in the Croydon League, taking our total from 4 to 6.
Have a look around and see who and what we are! We are a small and friendly club and play both social and competitive games at our club sessions. In the 2010/2011 season we ran four teams in two leagues. However due to the increased membership we hopefully are able to run one or two more.
Club nights
Club nights are on Monday from 19:00h - 22:30h, commencing September till the end of April. For the first time this year we will be running a summer club from May till the end of August. Click here for more information.
We continue to warmly invite new players to join our club. The teams for the 2011/12 winter season have been set but there is always the opportunity to play the odd match as a reserve in your first year of membership. Why not contact us by using our enquiry form for more details.
Do contact us if you are keen to pick up that old hobby again after many years. The standard of play in the club varies greatly so we should be able to cater for everyone’s level.
